It wasn't time to feed her dinner, but she saw me put the llamas and goats into the bigger paddock and she wanted some attention, too....either dinner or playtime with the llamas and goats, I imagine.
So, she picked up her 1/4 full water bucket and tossed it to the side until it emptied out and rolled away.
Then she stood there nodding her head and flapping her lips.

Too funny. lol!

~LisaLaughing Orca Ranchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03562627840013868980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3898420772649186550.post-83809911484916530012011-03-11T04:23:39.743-07:002011-03-11T04:23:39.743-07:00ummm, armadillo baby? or one of my toenail clippin...ummm, armadillo baby? or one of my toenail clippings..LOL!Edhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17502488287339607228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3898420772649186550.post-42142137188143714832011-03-10T21:54:50.988-07:002011-03-10T21:54:50.988-07:00Mikey- what a crazy thing!

Yuck!

Achieve1Dream- if it's not the ravens, then it probably is Yalla! She likes to grab stuff with her teeth all the time. I've seen her hold a stick in her mouth, like a dog.

BEC- Sandy has eaten them but I think there's just too many pieces for her at a time. Somewhere on line there's a website that polishes hoof parts into gem like pieces. I want to do that some day.

Lytha- that's too bad about having so many crows around. And to be attacked! My ravens fly away when I get to close to them.Fantastyk Voyagerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15065772565014490544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3898420772649186550.post-8760459556418104002011-03-10T13:14:49.308-07:002011-03-10T13:14:49.308-07:00Interesting mystery.

We have one waterer in the middle pasture that the crows/ravens think is a great sink for washing off their dinner. We've found pieces of snakes and other body parts in there. The horses won't touch the water if something is floating.Grey Horse Mattershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05837575441967937196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3898420772649186550.post-80925631775801996612011-03-10T08:02:01.051-07:002011-03-10T08:02:01.051-07:00We've learned to pick those up if we can after...We've learned to pick those up if we can after a recent incident with a client. She has a rescue with numerous wild donkeys. One started limping mysteriously, so Wade had to go out and rope it to catch it (very wild beasties) sure enough, it had a hoof trimming wrapped around it's back pastern. As the trimming dried out, it constricted and ended up cutting into that pastern. No one noticed it with all the hair they've got on right now. Isn't that bizarre? Donkey is better now. Never imagined that happening, but it did.Mikeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03574914465998507310noreply@blogger.com
