it was getting time to be replaced, don't you think? Now I'm legal! :)
You're right, it won't keep someone from suing. However, the only way they can win a suit with the sign up is if you were negligent. Putting up the sign shows you were prudent and doing all you can.

Boy legal in the US is soooo much easier than Canada. Yeesh.
In Hong Kong, with or without a sign is at your own risk. The stable that I got to does not have any kind of sign in sight at all.
