Well if she has always shed at this time of year then I wouldn't worry about it. Some horses just start really, really early. I wonder if it could have something to do with being an Arabian . . . since they are a desert breed. I noticed Chrome is opposite and doesn't get his winter coat until really late though and waits til late to shed. Dunno. We could come up with all sorts of speculations on why horses do what they do lol.
