Follow my journey into the future. I promise it will be full of random rants, travel and other photos, musical musings, especially BOWIE, general chaos, and all my animal family: four horses, three alpacas, three dogs, and three and a half cats.

Sunday (Technology 12/13/09)
This week's photography challenge in Sunday Stills is Technology. Do these mousetraps count? Which one do you think catches more mice?
Actually, I love the newer one. It catches more mice and, like opening a clothespin, I can flick the dead mouse over the fence into the field next door to be eaten. Then it's a snap, literally, to reset. I even caught one this morning.
I know I've had my fingers caught when trying to set the one on the left, and that hurts. I'm surprised it didn't break my fingers. They are messy. The newer one sounds convenient.
Ahh yes. The mousetrap. Where would we be without them as the cats just don't seem to keep them in check. Haven't seen the newer one you have though we have something different than the one on the left that works great for us.
Happy Sunday to you! http://sandytrefger.wordpress.com/2009/12/13/sunday-stills-technology/
I agree. I have a snap trap that's newer -- easy to set, no broken fingers like Nuzzling refers to, and easy to dispose of the mouse for the road runners and coyotes to eat.
Ugh! Mice! I would say I prefer the old wooden one. I had used the plastic one. But I just cant bring myself to "let it out" and use it again! creepy little creatures! lol

As long as it catches mice... probably the old fashioned one.:-)

Interesting, never seen one of these before.
my guess, one on the left! Did you "build a better mouse trap"?
I always use the one on the left. They seem to work the best. They're cheap enough that you just pick the whole thing up and throw it out too.

Who'd of thunk! LOL!
Love you new header picture, too!

Definitely technology.

Nice job on the theme. Good ole reliable catches the most? Like your trees on the header.
LOl Thanks for the laugh! Yes, we need that technology!
Great new header! Very creative on the post. It's the little things in life that make it better.

I haven't done Sunday Stills in a while. Think I need to break my camera out and get back in the groove.
I would have guessed the old. Interesting.
