Actually this photo was taken last year. But we do get snow, sometimes three feet or more, with 6-10 foot drifts possible, from the winds! However, with our bright sunshine, it melts down very quickly. Also, I live at about 7000 feet above sea level in the far foothills of the Sandia and Manzano mountains.

Ok I'm still kinda weirded out by how much more wintery New feakin Mexico looks than up north here in Saskatoon Saskatchewan!!
