Sunday Stills (12-18-10 Holiday decorations)

I really didn't do much decorating this year but here are a few things.
 I love these candy candles.
The stockings were hung . . . on the big screen tv.

Here's my favorite hot pad along with a hiking Santa and a marshmallow trekker.

Yes, it's a real blue Poinsettia! I got it on my trip to Tucson. Aren't the little Christmas tree and rocking horse candle holders neat?

I didn't even get a real tree! This one will have to do. At least there's a train set underneath! ;)

And of course, never forget the Christ in Christmas!!

Great decorations! I must have that marshmallow trekker! What a riot. I let my kids set out the decorations and choose which fake tree we want to put up this year, but somehow when it is time to take down all the decorations, we always miss something and have one statue or candle out all year. It's kind of like finding the candy we missed at Easter, only finding it in the summer or fall.

I LOVE the nativity scene...the reason for the season. :)

The poinsettia is beautiful- first blue one I've seen. It would look great with your silver tree. I like the little rocking horse candle holders.

You and me Val...alike thinkers this time around. not too much in the line of decorading here... some festive candies and candle too...and of COURSE..The Nativity is focal!
We have one similar to yours...an AVON set we started to collect when we first got married.
The wise men are never at the manger till Christmas eve...they travel around the house following the star(a candle) till then!

MERRY CHRISTMAS VAL..to you, your herd and Your lovely family!

I've never seen a blue poinsettia. That's pretty darn cool.

Love the little Santa too. I collected Santas and have not seen one like this either.
