Since this week's Sunday Stills is "Potluck," I decided to show some photos of the road trip I took a couple of weekends ago. It was my mother's 84th birthday and Trevor and I drove up to her house to wish her a happy birthday. We left shortly after sunrise.
Sandy came along too. Here she is enjoying the fresh country air from the backseat.
I thought the view from this old run-down house was interesting.
I like the yellow flowers and the dark treeline bordering the farmhouses and green fields in this photo.
We got home very late. Along the way, I had to stop and capture this stunning sky.
